Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Refund Conditions
If a refund is approved, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery and return shipping charges. Delivery charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order placed by the customer, refusal of delivery without valid reason, or failure to pay upon delivery.
Products that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be issued via a method agreed upon with the customer, excluding delivery charges.
